I am a Leader in User Experience Strategy, Research & Design with 15 years of industry experience ranging from digital agencies to big tech companies to startups. I am now looking for opportunities at mission-driven companies to help bring about social and environmental justice.

By talking to the target audience and studying the competitive landscape, I help the team create a product vision and set feature priorities.
UX Research
I develop a deep understanding of the potential users, their needs and their overall thoughts & reactions to the evolving product designs. This way, I can catch design mistakes early and launch am amazing product from the start.
UX Design
With the key user journeys in mind and my sketchbook in hand, I work closely with my team to design the final solution. I jump into the weeds, as needed, to make sure all of the visual designs are executed flawlessly.
Management
As a manager, I build on my natural tendency to connect with others - whether that’s when I’m growing my team through hiring & interviewing or when I’m providing mentorship to those working with me.
Facilitation
With us often working apart, taking advantage of opportunities to come together (whether online or in-person) is more important than ever. I plan & facilitate 1-hour workshops and week-long sprints to increase productivity and creativity within the team.
